I decided to propose to the love of my life! I’ve been a customer of Helzberg for a long time and put them in a clutch, game-time position. Twelve days to deliver a custom and beautiful ring, including stones provided by my mother. Amal and others worked together to accomplish the mission and deliver the perfect engagement ring! 10/10 service all day long. Jenna and Amal were so helpful picking out my perfect ring. After a couple of unwelcoming experiences at other stores coming to Helzberg was a breath of fresh air. They were respectful of my price range and I didn’t feel like they were “just trying to make a sale”. They were so personable and sweet, and made sure I tried on every style, shape and size that I was stuck on so that I wouldn’t be confused when I found the right one. Couldn’t have been a better experience! The other stores I tried out made me feel like I was wasting their time before they even helped me and Jenna and Amal were excited with me and ensured I could have everything I wanted within my budget. They picked out a Zac Posen ring and it was everything I could’ve imagined and more.

Have had a wonderful experience with this shop. I've purchased several custom pieces through them including our engagement ring, and I couldn't be happier. I shopped around to other jewelers before settling on this one and found that nothing beat the replacement policies and pleasant employee experience. I've worked primarily with Amal and Jenna at the store, who both could not possibly be more friendly and helpful. Even on a tight deadline with my proposal and during a time where there were significant shipping delays, Amal did everything in her power to make sure things ran smoothly and that I felt supported as a customer. So long as you bring your diamonds in every so often for cleaning and inspection, they have a fantastic replacement policy that at first seems too good to be true; There is no catch however, it is the best policy I've found in the area. Absolutely give them a shot if you are shopping for nice jewelry in the area!
