Jenna and Amal were so helpful picking out my perfect ring. After a couple of unwelcoming experiences at other stores coming to Helzberg was a breath of fresh air. They were respectful of my price range and I didn’t feel like they were “just trying to make a sale”. They were so personable and sweet, and made sure I tried on every style, shape and size that I was stuck on so that I wouldn’t be confused when I found the right one. Couldn’t have been a better experience! The other stores I tried out made me feel like I was wasting their time before they even helped me and Jenna and Amal were excited with me and ensured I could have everything I wanted within my budget. They picked out a Zac Posen ring and it was everything I could’ve imagined and more.

Sheri was incredibly helpful to my wife and I. We were merely window shopping to see if we could find anything she liked for as a new ring. Sheri was perfect for the moment. As a first timer, buying a diamond ring can be extremely intimidating, especially for a 26 Y/O who knows absolutely nothing about diamonds. I am so pleased to say Haley & Amal exceeded my expectations of the entire process from start to finish! These two ladies took the time and sat down with me to explain everything they knew about diamonds. This was perfect for me, because they made me feel so comfortable to ask questions and assured me the whole time that I was not getting gypped (I did my homework and this place rocks). And they did answer my questions for over an hour on my first visit. They explained differences between diamonds which made them all unique so well that I felt like a diamond expert when I left the store! These ladies never talked down to me (never made me feel like a broke college boy lol) and made me feel welcomed. Haley & Amal continue to make us feel like family when we visit the store and I could not ask for a warmer more educated team. Thanks a million! P.s. she said yes!!!
