Clare was such a blessing and easy to work with. From picking out rings to officiating the wedding, she was a dream. She was accommodating for hours on end as we made our decisions and even helped us out when we spoke about finding an officiant for our big day. Prior to the wedding she walked us through everything every step of the way. On the wedding day, she came to the event on time and even dressed in theme! She was extremely pleasant even in the midst of an heat wave and made the process of signing the paperwork after so simple. Thank you for being a part of our day!

Leah was awesome! She immediately greeted me with a big beautiful smile and offered to help. She explained every aspect of my purchase to me and was patient while I weighed my options. I believe the other African-American woman, who assisted, may have been a manager. She was just as welcoming and willingly helped by reassuring me that I was getting a good deal. I'm not sure if my discount was "really" a discount, but I am pleased with my purchase. I will be back for my regular cleanings and hopefully another good deal!

Helzberg Diamonds, the best diamond store. I bought there my engagement ring, wedding ring and many other jewelry. Even to send them abroad to other countries. I have bought for my family and some gifts for friends. I always buy the care plan, because it’s worth every penny. For example, My wedding ring got broken and I lost some diamonds. Well, they fixed them both (band and ring), they replaced the lost diamonds and I didn’t have to pay any extra. The rings looked brand new, shiny and I didn’t even notice any difference from when I bought them eight years ago. And did I tell you about the staff there. It is amazing! They treat you like you deserve! You could think that the jewelry is more expensive there, but it’s not. If you compare the prices, think about when you get your pieces broken, you have to pay for fixing them in other stores, here is when you know it was better buying at Helzberg. Another problem is that the other stores can be sold to new owners, then you are stuck with broken jewelry that the new owner won’t fix for you. (I already had this problem with another store in the past). Of course, you won’t have that issue at Helzberg. Think about the advantages. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions if you need any more information. The pictures here are a gift for a “quinceañera” in Nicaragua. I got it at Helzberg. Thank you for reading this long text.
