My fiance and I went shopping for wedding bands. We had an appointment at another store, rang the rings up, and had a bill sent to us to pay when we were ready. We walked around Roosevelt field, stopping in every jewelry store, and then we found ourselves at Helzberg with the lovely Lee. From the moment she said hello, we felt immediately comfortable to be ourselves. Because she made us feel so free to express ourselves, she was able to to provide honest suggestions - which were all on par let me tell you - there was no force, no oversell, no pressure - just honesty and a genuine care that is far and few to find. Lee, thank you for being part of something so special. I hope you will remember us - but we definitely will not forget you - I can promise that. Again, rhabk you for being someone special and making this moment feel special rather than just something to check off the list. I just wanted to share my experience with helzberg in garden city. We first went to look at engagement rings and I fell in love with one of the settings. Fast forward we ordered the ring and it was absolutely beautiful. We did have to get it re sized bc I lost a lot of weight since we got engaged. I was worried about the sizing and they reassured me it would be done perfectly. I am blown away by the work. You could barely tell it was sized at all. I got it back before the time they originally said it would be ready and I am so happy. All the staff at this helzberg has been amazing every time we go and now I must say the in house jeweler does amazing work. Keep up the good work! See you guys in November for our wedding bands!

I came back here to see Mani. She helped me in the past and she's fantastic. This time her colleague Kevin assisted her as well in helping me pick out a holiday gift for my lady.
