We were very lucky to meet Sonia, a salesperson at the Valley Stream store. She met with my fiancée and helped her pick out a beautiful ring. When we went back together I ended up choosing the same ring. Not sure how they pulled that trick off but hey, we are both very happy with our purchase. Sonia was low pressure but highly knowledgeable, and also very patient. She answered all our questions and gave us some useful information about our purchases. We will definitely seek her out for future purchases and questions.

My fiance and I went shopping for wedding bands. We had an appointment at another store, rang the rings up, and had a bill sent to us to pay when we were ready. We walked around Roosevelt field, stopping in every jewelry store, and then we found ourselves at Helzberg with the lovely Lee. From the moment she said hello, we felt immediately comfortable to be ourselves. Because she made us feel so free to express ourselves, she was able to to provide honest suggestions - which were all on par let me tell you - there was no force, no oversell, no pressure - just honesty and a genuine care that is far and few to find. Lee, thank you for being part of something so special. I hope you will remember us - but we definitely will not forget you - I can promise that. Again, rhabk you for being someone special and making this moment feel special rather than just something to check off the list.
