Omg! My experience was amazing!! After being frustrated at so many other stores, I came in here at TW mall, Lea was there to help 1,000% of the process! She like totally knew me from the beginning when we met and understood what I wanted. Helped me find a setting and then custom ordered a stone for me !! My 7.10ct radiant is absolutely gorgeous especially mounted on my 2.5 ct band. Like absolutely stunning!!! If you're looking for something great and someone who's awesome, communicative and just the best ask for LEA!

UPDATE Helzberg reached out to me and had manager Dawn call me and sincerely apologize. Zoe, as well. I found a necklace and I bought earrings above the credit they honored. Thank you for resolving this matter quickly and. Kindly. Diane My daughter was presented this bracelet for her 15. Wore it 3 hours, physically handicapped and Melissa the manager but the blame on her instead of acknowledging the poor quality of the bracelet. No, my sister did not purchase the care package but I was told this is a delicate piece that shouldn’t be worn casually… never heard that before. At the end, we left with zero resolution, I even offered to add money to purchase something that may be nicer, but they wouldn’t give me any kind of credit towards another purchase, super unprofessional. Sad because I really could’ve made a big purchase and that was not important to them. They didn’t see the value in gaining a new customer.
