I had the most helpful experience from Trinity at the Legends Helzberg Store.Thank you so much Trinity for your diligence in finding the receipt of my engagement ring. I had an uneasy feeling when I took my ring in to have it serviced at a different Helzberg location and the record of purchase could not be found. I immediately became concerned,what if something happened to my ring in the future? I thought I was going to have to go through my records at home. But before I did,I called Helzberg at Legends. I had also purchased the lifetime insurance but the receipt of purchase was not showing. Well Trinity continued on and found the receipt of purchase. Trinity, you put my husband's and my mind at ease and we are forever grateful. Thank you for taking the time to help us with this matter and we will continue to faithful customers of Helzberg because of the amazing service provided by Trinity at Helzberg's Diamonds.
