This wedding ring was recovered in a house fire. It’s a Helzberg ring. I took it into the store at the Legends. I was told the jeweler Mitch, would do the best he could to restore it. Well as you can see from the photos, Mitch did an absolutely stellar job ❤️ Thank you so much!

Rings: 5/5 - We got unique and high quality rings, we both are very satisfied. Experience: 2/5 - I came in with my husband to buy his wedding band and the experience was.. okay? For reference, my husband is the type of person who needs to see all options and think over big purchases. We came in and found a ring he liked, but we wanted to walk around the other shops and see all of our options. We wanted to come back and grab a picture of the ring he liked because he wanted to think it over because it was initially out of our budget. We walked up to the desk and the manager said something like “I’m not surprised you didn’t find anything better” in a condescending tone. We got our picture and left. Decided we liked that ring and gave them a call later in the day, and we got the same manager on the phone with that same condescending tone. I assume the workers work on commission, but I recommend watching how you speak to your customers. I was not impressed with the way he would speak to us, every time we’ve been in there (ring cleanings and such). Customer service isn’t his forte. Looking back, I wish we would have bought the ring from a different location. Because acting like other stores and their products are beneath you, shouldn’t get you rewarded.

Customer service is great. Freebies soon as u get in the door “I am loved” my daughter broke her chain and was able to exchange fast and recommend the lifetime warranty for $30ish. Was an online purchase but came into the store for pick up and the whole store was beautiful. Diamonds’s glistening.

These guys saved the day on Christmas Eve Long story short we had a piece of jewelry stolen from my wife during a move we were able to recover without my wife's knowledge on Christmas eve I called the were able to get it clean and and get the chain detangled from the knots its looking brand new able for me to surprise my Wife on Christmas Morning Words can't describe how happy I am For this
