Sonya was amazing to work with! She is super knowledgeable, patient, and helped me and my partner learn about and pick out the perfect piece for us. Later when I was working with Helzberg on my own to make a purchase she eased any worries by being honest an answering any and all questions I had. We ended up getting a perfect ring and even got a great discount for a more than fair price. I/we did shop around at other stores and Sonya and Helzberg were by far the best choice for us.
