I upgraded my wife's ring 5 years ago. the same diamond fell out 4 times. I was not impressed with the store manager Alexis, and had to go to the regional Manager but ultimately they did the right thing and exchanged it for the one my wife wanted. Sam and Athena were amazing in this process. Once I talked to the regional manager she got it corrected the next day. I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Helzberg and will continue to do so. Ask for Athena or Sam both ladies were professional and emphatic to the situation. Thank you for getting this done and my wife is very happy! I look forward to my next purchase. Just FYI buy the care plan it's well worth it if you need it! thanks again.
