We highly recommend working with Celene! She’s the best. After my fiancé picked up my engagement ring from another location, we went together to the Zona Rosa location to pick out our bands and Celene was a huge help. We picked out our bands with her help and added them to our “wish list” and came back to order them from her a couple of months later. She was extremely responsive in helping me over text to find the right ring and size for my fiancé. After realizing we had waited too long before the wedding, she was able to rush and help us get our rings back in time for the wedding shower, a month before the wedding! We love you, Celene! Richard ( my birthday twin 🤞💪 ) the store manager is absolutely awesome! He definitely knows how to handle a customer and all their wants and needs! He knows how to crack a smile and joke but also very professional and lets you know your being taken care of in the best way and gives you great advice about what jewelry your looking at and finds you the best deals and prices! He’s very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about!!! I almost went to a different Helzberg and remembered about Richard and how he handled me the first time I came in and absolutely couldn’t pass up letting him handle business once again! I will always come back as long as he is here!!!

Well the Zona Rosa Helzberg Diamonds location did it again. I am very satisfied with the service that we received every time I come in to shop. I was in the store yesterday and Celene was amazing and so helpful. I was back in the store the next day and Richard and Angel were as always amazing. This store has a great selection and they do everything they can to make sure you are happy with your purchase once you leave the store. Stop in and tell them that Bernard sent you. We love this store.
