My boyfriend and I are a young couple and went to look at engagement rings to get an idea of what I wanted and a budget. When we went into the store we were greeted and a man was helping us find what we wanted. He was very pushy and it felt like he was talking down on us. He then asked if we wanted to look at some payment stuff but my boyfriend said no because our engagement is long out at that time he walked away to look at something and never came back over, just decided he was done with us. The lady at the story did help us out and we found my dream ring and she helped size my boyfriend. She was extremely friendly and supportive and we will definitely be getting a ring from here solely because of her.

The staff have been absolutely fantastic. There was a minor issue with sizing, but they resolved it immediately and without any hassle. Their professionalism, understanding, and willingness to work closely with me has been truly appreciated. I’m so glad I entrusted them with such meaningful items.
