We came in to get our multiple pieces of jewelry cleaned and inspected. Kalin was very helpful and super efficient in helping us find all our pieces online and accounted for. While he was working on this, Kendall helped us look at other items and helped us identify some new styles and pieces that we liked. Thank you for a very positive experience.

Priscilla and Ryker did a really awesome job being as busy as they were tonight. Their help and professionalism really made me more patient while waiting! I really appreciate an establishment that acknowledges you when you walk in even when they are busy and that's exactly how it was when I went in there tonight! Priscilla showed me my loose diamonds in my ring that I had no idea of and she also explained the importance of my ring inspections, so needless to say I will be doing a better job of listening to her and getting an inspection every 6 months.
