I dropped in yesterday evening to have my ring sent in for repair. First off, Tiffany greeted me right away- it may seem small but that is lost for a lot of customer service nowadays , so kudos for acknowledging my presence! She was training a new employee on the process of sending out jewelry for repair. The system was giving them a hard time, yet she was incredibly patient with the process, and thorough. I was so comfortable, I stuck around after they got me taken care of because I wanted to hang out and try on rings. I enjoyed talking with Tiffany so much that I will be a customer for life of hers. She displayed exemplary customer service and mentoring skills. Helzberg would only succeed in keeping her around, they better take care of her the way she took care of me. Tiffany is lovely. Tiffany is funny and kind. Tiffany is knowledgeable and very good at her job. Keep Tiffany around.

We’ve been in a few times now but this last time was a last minute wedding ring resize and they were so helpful and wonderful! They were quick, offered lots of options, and gave us the best outcome in the end. A great price and great service, always enjoy coming here! Tiffany was the most helpful, Knowledgeable, and lovely salesperson!! She went above and beyond in asking what I needed, getting a quick cleaning, and thanks to her I sent my ring in to get an inspection in which she identified some loose stones! If it weren’t for her prompting, I wouldn’t have even thought twice about it! Thanks to her knowledge and expertise, she took care of what could have been a problem and it was all covered under the insurance I got with them when my husband first purchased the ring! She truly makes the experience one where you feel heard and cared for! Definitely coming back with whatever I may need in the future for her expertise specifically! Thank you Tiffany 🥰
