I cannot say enough amazing things about Les at Helzberg Diamonds. From the moment we walked in, she made what can be an overwhelming experience feel exciting, comfortable, and truly special. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she took the time to genuinely listen to what we wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure she fully understood our vision before offering suggestions. What really stood out was how patient and attentive she was. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point, she gave us her full attention the entire time and made us feel like we were her top priority.
