I dropped in yesterday evening to have my ring sent in for repair. First off, Tiffany greeted me right away- it may seem small but that is lost for a lot of customer service nowadays , so kudos for acknowledging my presence! She was training a new employee on the process of sending out jewelry for repair. The system was giving them a hard time, yet she was incredibly patient with the process, and thorough. I was so comfortable, I stuck around after they got me taken care of because I wanted to hang out and try on rings. I enjoyed talking with Tiffany so much that I will be a customer for life of hers. She displayed exemplary customer service and mentoring skills. Helzberg would only succeed in keeping her around, they better take care of her the way she took care of me. Tiffany is lovely. Tiffany is funny and kind. Tiffany is knowledgeable and very good at her job. Keep Tiffany around.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Les at Helzberg Diamonds. From the moment we walked in, she made what can be an overwhelming experience feel exciting, comfortable, and truly special. My boyfriend and I had been to several different jewelry stores before this, and honestly, none of them even came close to the level of service we received from Les. She was absolutely incredible. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she took the time to genuinely listen to what we wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure she fully understood our vision before offering suggestions. What really stood out was how patient and attentive she was. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point, she gave us her full attention the entire time and made us feel like we were her top priority. She walked us through different options, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and offered recommendations that truly aligned with our style and preferences. After visiting multiple stores, it became immediately clear that this was where we wanted to get our rings , and that decision was 100% because of Les. Her level of care, precision, and professionalism made all the difference. We left feeling confident, excited, and completely taken care of. After a bad experience with this Helzberg location (keep reading), I vowed not to spend another dollar there… until I met Cindy Ellingson, Sales Associate. Cindy is amazing, kind, and if she’s not my associate, I won’t buy anything else from Helzberg. I even bought an expensive watch off Cindy, and I was uncertain about buying something that expensive, so she said think about it before we size it so you can take it back if you’re not satisfied. She didn’t care about the sale, she cared about my experience. I came back the following weekend, and she sized it perfectly, and I’m thrilled after working with her. My wife and kids got me a bracelet from there for Father’s Day 2025, which broke after 4 months of light wear. I went in two separate times asking for solutions to help me get it fixed, all other associates wanted me to buy another one for more money (the cost went up $150) with a $100 discount and a $134 warranty). Yes, pay $50 more for the same bracelet that broke 4 months after purchase. It was like they didn’t believe me that it simply snapped and fell off my wrist. My 3rd visit, I met Cindy. Cindy went out of her way to help me get it restrung for $7 an inch, and I walked away with my precious Father’s Day gift looking brand new for about $60. She was kind, more knowledgable than anyone in the store. She gave me her card and said call to see if I’m working, and I’ll take care of you. Ask for her if you go in, you will not be disappointed.
