I had such a wonderful experience. I came in looking to upgrade my Diamond for our 10 year Anniversary. Mary was so welcoming and friendly and explained everything. She was able to give me the pricing difference of trading in my ring or offering prices with the holiday sales. She worked with me to customize my band the way I wanted, she let me try on so many rings to find something that I would want for forever. I really enjoyed the overall experience and in the end we came under the price we were expecting.

Jordan is amazing!!! From start to finish she had made my experience so wonderful. When I first went in with my fiancé she was the first one to help me and immediately greeted us! Jordon listened to everything I liked and didn’t down play and of the rings I was going for. I will say there was another worker there that tried to cut in while Jordan was helping me and she was trying to force me to pick a diamond when I had already told her and Jordan that I don’t like diamonds that much. The other lady kept saying that she has done this for a long time and that she knows what I want, I left and said that we will keep looking. The next time I went in there was to get my ring looked at after getting engaged, it was one of the beautiful rings I picked with Jordan and she was there to take a look at it. She was so happy to see us again and she truly cares about the couples she works with and the love she helps blossom! Unfortunately I had a stone pop out of my ring but no fear I went back and Jordan was there to help me she spoke with me so calmly and that really helped when I was full of so many emotions, if you are in the market for a ring for your loved one or just something nice for yourself please ask for Jordan before anything!!!!
