I would like to give a huge thank you to Juan and Maggie, and the team at Helzberg in the San Francisco Premium Outlets. My fiancée and I went to several jewelry stores and were met with high pressure sales people pushing rings that we were not interested in. At Helzberg they listened to what my fiancée wanted and made it happen. They researched and discovered new rings that they knew we would like - that made us feel important and listened to! Don’t get sucked up in the sales tactics of other stores. Go see Juan and Maggie and the team at Helzberg and get what will make your partner happy!

I've been at this location a couple times and they have always provided great customer service. I haven't bought anything yet but every time I ask a million questions about engagement rings and wedding bands, they are always so helpful. They actually cleaned my engagement ring for free! It's looking sparkling new now! I wil Refer this Place to all my Friends and Family They are The Best

My wife and I have been going to this diamond store ever since the manager Juan transitioned to this store after working at his previous location. We implicitly trust him with all of our high-end jewelry purchases and can rest assured that we will be given high quality customer service. He is very insightful on any and all questions about their products. On the rare occasion that we need any service for any of our (mostly my wife’s) jewelry, we know Juan will take care of us.

I went in with a budget and They showed me a good variety in men's rings but I look to my right and see one that I really liked over my budget and although I didn't plan on spending much, I bought it. we made good Choice and he could tell I wasn't very knowledgeable in jewelry and it was my first time buying this for someone. I appreciated There customer service and will definitely return for any future purchases before searching elsewhere :) i will Refer all my Friends and Family for there Hospitality
