Was there with my wife this evening, just wanted to get my gold chains cleaned , as they always take care of me. Allison did a wonderful job. While waiting we decided to look around, and Alison proceeded to show us wedding rings , I was interested in a upgrade for my wife and myself, she was very patient and so helpful showing us so many beautiful rings. She is an amazing sales associate and I hope you all appreciate her! Definitely will tell family and friends about this place!

One of the most pleasant, and easy shopping experiences for jewelry. These ladies Lisa Pavlatos and Alison, where so patient and helpful. They provided options even though I changed my mind multiple times they deserve awards for their customer service. My ring they helped me. Select is amazing and a statement piece. A recent accident damaged my wedding band and engagement ring. We bought them at another Helzberg location over 18 years ago. I came here to have my rings repaired and had a fantastic experience. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful. They made the repair process as fast, easy and affordable as possible. My rings look brand new. Even though my rings were purchased almost 20 years ago, they still took great care of me, which says a lot!
