Emma at Helzberg Diamonds gave us one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. I first called the store with several concerns about my ring, and even though the situation was not her fault at all, she stayed on the phone with me for over 20 minutes. She answered every question with patience and kindness, and I never once felt rushed or brushed off. When my husband and I later went into the store, Emma was just as wonderful in person. She did her homework before we came in to look over our record and customer file. She has such a calm presence, and her knowledge really showed. We spent over an hour and a half working with her, and the entire time I felt truly heard and valued. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and exciting! Because of Emma, we will absolutely continue coming back to Helzberg Diamonds. Her genuine care and excellent customer service made this experience amazing, and for that, I’m forever grateful. We are so grateful we had the chance to work with her and hope to in the future! Thank you again, Emma!

My husband got our engagement ring here and thats where our love for Helzburg all began! We went and I showed him what I wanted and they were able to make a custom ring. Then we got married they helped me pick out some wedding bands for the ring! Ashley, Geri and Morgan are our go tos! Just recently I probably spent 8 months trying to find the perfect right hand ring. Each time we had some things I liked about rings they had but not others on my list but they were so patient! We looked at both things they had already and going custom again. I still couldn't find exactly what I liked until recently! I walked in and was just looking and we found the perfect ring! It was on sale and we got a free PS5 for our gift with purchase. They are so patient and kind. I have never felt pressured to buy anything and they want to make sure I am in love with everything I get. Also, they will clean all your rings for you when you stop in! They also allow dogs at the outlet and they love dogs so we've brought ours out there! Truly amazing and kind staff. I can not recommend enough!

My husband and I wanted to upgrade my ring and I had a few ideas that would require a custom project, so I reached out to my friend Ashley (and my husband’s cousin) to start the process! She sent me some mock ups of various designs that looked like my inspiration. She sourced a few stones including tanzanite, spinel and topaz and brought in a few different mountings too, it was such a fun process! I didn’t realize a big box store could truly do custom work. I decided on a 6 prong lotus solitaire with a 9x7mm Swiss blue topaz! She had her jeweler set it in-house and they changed the prongs a bit. It was estimated it would be ready the week after Christmas, but it was done earlier so I was able to enjoy my Christmas present! I will always be going to Ashley for all my jewelry projects! Thank you Helzberg! 😍✨
