Andrea was amazing! She was super kind, very informative and patient. I went right when they opened and she was very welcoming. I had purchased a ring online and was stressed about cancelling the order and purchasing a different ring. Thankfully they had it in store and will be able to size it for me in time for my engagement photos coming very soon! She made the process super fun and easy. Very beautiful jewelry here, gave me “heirloom” feelings - not like a modern jewelry store these days. Definitely something very special about the jewelry Helzbergs provides!
