We came to helzberg at Tanger outlets and were helped by first Michelle, then Maria and we know this was the best place to come to for such a big purchase. We had to make a return and without paperwork in hand, but a FaceTime to help with an exchange, Maria was absolutely the angel we needed. First off, she remembered us!! After the busy holiday, how was that even possible?! Secondly, she remembered the exact initial choice of purchase….what a memory! She fixed everything and did it seamlessly and so easily! We absolutely believe in Christmas miracles, but Maria was instrumental in making them come true! Maria is a keeper and I only hope there are more Maria’s in this world and Helzberg (and us as patrons) are so lucky to have come across her. Thank you Michelle and extra special thanks to Maria!!
