She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different settings, cuts, and the 4Cs, explaining everything clearly without ever making me feel pressured. She patiently pulled out several stunning options that fit my criteria, even helping me compare rings in different lighting to truly see the sparkle. Michelle stepped in to help finalize the decision and paperwork, and her efficiency and expertise were just as impressive. She walked me through the financing options and the Lifetime Care Plan with transparency, making sure I understood all the details. Together, Christina and Michelle felt like a real dream team—they clearly communicate well and are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Savannah at Helzberg Outlet was amazing! She paid attention to what we like / don’t like and was so kind and patient. We are so happy with both of our wedding bands that we purchased. I went a few days ago to get my watch fixed, which had extra links. Mike, Rachel and Michelle, who are workers there, were super good and attentive to me, they explained the situation to me and days later I was able to pick up my watch in perfect condition at a very affordable price, excellent service, especially Mike, a great worker.
