Rachel was my sales person and she and her coworker really helped me and my wife decide on ring. This was my first experience ever with Helzburg and I was simply blown away compared to the other jewelry stores that are more accustomed to. I was so impressed that I actually decided to apply for a seasonal part-time position as a sales person huge thank you again to everyone, especially Rachel.

After visiting multiple jewelry stores in the area, my now fiance and I met Justin at Helzberg Diamonds in the Tampa Premium Outlets. Justin was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Justin was never pushy, but always a major asset in figuring out the dream ring for my fiance. The ring came out beautiful, and she said yes! My fiance is absolutely in love with her ring, and I cannot thank Justin and the Helzberg team enough for their assistance in this huge step of our lives. Highly recommended!

Pam was absolutely incredible! She helped us find the perfect wedding band for me, and the entire experience was unlike any other jewelry store. Instead of just showing what was on display, Pam went above and beyond—showing us a variety of styles and helping us narrow it down to a ring my fiancée and I both loved. The customization options were endless, and they even expedited shipping to make sure I received it before my deployment. On top of that, they offered a military discount and additional savings, which we really appreciated. Pam was amazing to work with, and Justin was just as helpful when finalizing the order. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. If you’re shopping at this Helzberg Diamonds location, I highly recommend asking for Pam or Justin—they’ll take great care of you!
