Her customer service is unmatched — personable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect piece every single time. Shopping for diamonds and other jewelry is often made convenient for one simple fact: Shopping centers often have several jewelry stores, so you can easily walk from one to the other and make comparisons before narrowing down to a final decision. I found myself in such a situation recently, and my jeweler of choice was Helzberg Diamond Outlet, Katy Mills Mall. This jeweler has a good assortment of diamonds, both lab created and natural, and they have a wide assortment of settings, including traditional engagement rings, wedding sets, etc. as well as other options like earrings, necklaces, and so on. The staff members are knowledgeable and ready to assist any way they can. They even go the extra mile by letting you view your selected gem underneath a microscope, so that you can make sure there is nothing hiding from view. Jewelry can be expensive, as we all know. Helzberg Diamond Outlet is ready to assist by setting you up with financing, if you like, and it’s common to get a twelve-month, interest free offer, making your purchase easy to pay for. They will approve you on the spot and get everything taken care of in a matter of minutes. I like the fact that they aren’t excessively pushy and will make changes to your order, as needed. I came back the day after making a purchase because I decided I no longer wanted the warranty. They removed it from my purchase immediately, no questions asked. Helzberg Diamond Outlet at Katy Mills Mall is in a prime location inside this large shopping center. It’s on the corner, right by the food court, so you can’t miss it. Helzberg doesn’t always have the absolute lowest price, but the quality of the diamonds is high, and the service is courteous and respectful. It’s one of the better places to shop for diamonds and other jewelry, conveniently located in the middle of this large, suburban shopping mall.

Helzberg Diamonds gave me such a good experience. I stopped in to look at a gift, and one of the employees immediately helped me figure out what would match the style I had in mind. They were patient, explained the differences between pieces without pressuring me, and even cleaned a ring I was wearing just to be nice. Couldn’t be happier!! The manager was very polite took the time to show me, allowed me to take my time! Very genuine person! I am so pleased of the way my husband & I was treated! I wanted to do a trade in, I went to the Memorial Mall location & didn’t want to do it for me since according to them I bought the diamond & setting separately but they didn’t tell me that whenever I was buying the ring, they said I could always trade it in, in the future ofc, but at the end didn’t want to do! The manager at the Katy Mills location did not disappoint, he made sure that we were well taken care of! May God bless him! So happy at the end we were able to do my trade in, & buy my dream diamond, thank you for making this possible! I’ll definitely recommend this location, as long as this wonderful people still there! Specially the manager!!! I’ll be posting pics of my new ring when I get it 🥰
