Charisma, Melissa, and Shari all worked together to ensure we were selecting the right ring for us by educating us on cut, clarity, carat, and color. Charisma helped us first, helping us with our selection, then Melissa helped educate us, and used different lighting types to show how the ring’s diamonds would appear in each. Shari came over and helped ensure we had the right ring sizing and that we walked away with a free giveaway with our purchase. We both could have sat and talked with Shari for hours. I felt like we knew her for years. Every person in that store is very friendly and knowledgeable and we were both put at ease immediately.
