Wonderful staff . When we first entered we were greeted by staff. They seen we were hot offered us all water. That was greatly appreciated. Efficient courteous and professional. Very patient and listen to the our desires on look . Was quick to come up with options. Made us feel comfortable and important. My daughter was allowed to try on the wedding set of rings together. Not just a piece at a time., We felt valued. We did make our purchase here at the Herbert Diamonds Fort Worth location. Thank you again to the wonderful staff for there true knowledge and concerns of meeting and understanding my daughters desire. I would highly recommend them to others . Great quality and selection. (The other - competitors- only allowed her to put on one ring at a time. Made me uncomfortable. And as if our business wasn’t valuable. )
