Out of all the jewelry stores I been to and all of the sale represantative/managers I met, the Helzberg Branch in Jersey Garden malls is the best place I ever been to. From the very beginning Teanna was so sweet, patient, and amazing with my fiancee and I. She has so much passion in helping couples find the right wedding rings, bridal jewelry set, and other jewelry. Because of our experience with her and her team at this location, we look forward even more to wearing what we bought from her on our special day. Teanna goes above and beyond for her customers and makes sure that each piece is perfect for them and the occasion. I can not thank her and her team enough for the kindness and love we receive throughout the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE FOR ANY OCCASION TO COME TO THIS BRANCH. My experience at Helmsburg diamonds was so amazing. I came here five years ago after going to multiple jewelry stores and Helzberg diamonds took the time with me and it led me to buy the diamond ring for my wife and I will go nowhere other store of it in Helzberg diamonds when it comes from my jewelry the manager Janet Castillo was so great and polite and everything we did the sales person Shanna was a replica of her manager, and I just thanked them for everything they did for me
