I went to a Restyling event that the Joliet store had in August to see if I could find a way to restyle 3 rings. Bea, Veronica and Carley were very knowledgeable and made it a great experience for me. I found a pendant to put a pear diamond in from an engagement ring and their master jeweler (Kevin) was able to resize the remaining ring that has baguettes as side stones to look as if it never had a main stone in it. He did amazing work! I also liked that when you go to one of the Restyling events they try to have your new jewelry completed that same day, instead of waiting weeks for it to be completed. I am very pleased and happy with my new jewelry.

A friend of mine bought a watch on line from a retailer other than Helzberg. It was his first quality watch, so he didn’t know that the watch would be shipped to him with a full sized band that would need to be adjusted by a jeweler. We went to Helzberg to have the band adjusted with the intent to pay full price for the service. We were lucky to have the privilege of working with Veronica. She knew exactly how many links to remove and she provided this service free of charge even though we didn’t buy the watch there. I wish I was in the market to buy some jewelry. If the need arises in the future, you can bet I’ll be at Helzberg asking for Veronica. If you’re shopping now, stop. Go see Veronica. You wont be sorry.
