Helzberg Diamonds Joliet is the place you must go to if you want to make a jewelry purchase. Bee & Maria, along with the whole staff are excellent. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you know what you are looking for or need advice, they help you in every aspect of your purchase in a way that attentive and never pushy. They have great selection and even better financial options for your purchase and ladies don't sleep on their selection of pre-loved high-end handbags. If you try them, I'm sure you will love them.

I used to shop at a different jewelry store, but ended up trying Helzberg after one too many times of struggling with prices and bad customer service. I love it here! My husband got my engagement ring here, and some time later we came back and got his wedding ring. When we came to get my ring and wedding band soldered together and it ended up too small, they expedited the time to fix it at no cost. After 6 months of marriage, we just came back to have my ring inspected (for free of course) and were able to get another band added to it at a huge discount. The store is always clean and super classy. Veronica and Leenan were both awesome! We've worked with them almost every time we came in, and they're always friendly and helpful. Thanks so much ladies!
