Chauncy was extremely helpful. I went in for my inspection and he offered to clean the other pieces I was wearing at the time. He also used one of the semi-private rooms to show me my pieces under the microscope, talking me through the inspection process and reassuring me that all stones are secure in their setting. Great experience all around!

Leslie has been phenomenal at the start when picking out my engagement ring! There was an incident where I bought the wrong color, and Leslie came to save the day and helped me get the correct one after ordering and saved me sooooooo much stress!!! Post proposal, she has helped resize and offer advise on when to solder and not as well. Can’t recommend her enough!
