If there were an Olympic event for patience, taste, and mind-reading, Kristin at Helzberg Diamonds would be taking home the gold. I walked in with a vague idea, a budget, and the mild panic of someone about to make a very important life decision. Kristin calmly took all of that, asked the right questions, and somehow translated my chaos into the perfect ring for my fiancée. She was knowledgeable without being pushy, honest without being overwhelming, and genuinely cared about getting it right—not just making a sale. At no point did I feel rushed, judged, or upsold… which is impressive considering I probably said things like, “I want it classic, but unique, but timeless, but also wow.” The end result? My fiancée said YES (so clearly Kristin knows what she’s doing). My husband and I were visiting from out of town and decided to stop into Helzberg to look at anniversary bands since we don't have a store near us. Kristin was wonderful.
