I've returned to this location several times to shop for my watches and always feel safe doing so because they genuinely care about the level of service they provide. I will happily continue to come back to this crew for my purchases. I want to make a specific note for Pat. Helzberg management team, LISTEN UP... YOU HAVE AN ABSOLUTE GEM IN YOUR POOL OF DIAMONDS. When I say, I have never had someone handle a situation with the level of effort to ensure customer satisfaction, I mean it. This women is a true professional and is the model of what this whole company and EVERY company should be. The team here at this location is extremely polished and you should be very proud of them all. Pat deserves a raise or promotion. In the job market today, she's a rare breed.
