Veronica at Helzberg Diamonds was amazing! She made the whole process so easy for us. We came in to get my engagement ring resized and pick out two wedding bands, and she had us in and out with zero hassle. Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This is truly the best place to go — and they always have great promos (today they had great deals for Black Friday, we got my wedding bands for nearly half of the price AND we got a free PS5)

I’m so grateful to have found Joseph at Helzberg. The journey with my ring has been a long one and he put my mind at ease every step of the way. From fittings to tweaking it to making it absolutely perfect. Everybody wants that wedding ring that is a showstopper, the one that takes your breath away when you look at it. My custom peace was so thoughtfully designed and carried out by him. Every problem that arose he was so patient, kind, helpful, and the most accommodating person I have ever met. He made me feel like there was nothing that was going to stop us from making my dream ring come true. He is definitely a girls best friend and I will 100% be coming to him for everything diamond. He’s someone who actually cares and will do anything and everything to show you. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for creating something that I wanna wear the rest of my life.
