The Perfectly Imperfect Cook (Dalyna)

My husband and I came in because one of my wedding rings snapped. Irene and Veronica helped us. They were both amazing and so nice. It wasn't a planned visit. We were just out getting one of those tiny Christmas trees from Costco. I still had my broken band in my purse, so we just randomly decided to drop in. It was just supposed to be a quick in and out for Costco, so I ended up walking into their very nice store looking "comfortable". 😆 We were still treated with respect. Nobody looked at us sideways like we couldn't afford to even be there. My husband started looking at the wedding rings while I was trying to ask if they could repair my actual wedding band. We had been turned away at other places because they don't do repairs on rings they don't sell. Thankfully, they were willing to repair my ring for me. I turned the ring upside down in the picture so you can see what an impeccable job they did fixing it. I was also surprised by how little they charged for the repair. My husband got distracted by all of the shiny things in the store. Yupp, him instead of me. 😆 He wanted to upgrade my wedding rings for Christmas. My original is actually a $76 dollar set from Walmart when we were 18. That was 20 years ago. It means the world to me, and I still wear it. I ended up agreeing when I started seeing the prices. I was expecting them to be far more expensive than they were. The pictures I took do not do the rings justice. They are gorgeous! 🫶 I had the 3 bands soldered together. They did a fantastic job putting 3 rings into 1. My hand now looks like it could be in one of those diamond Christmas commercials. 🎄 I always thought those commercials were heavily edited, but I guess they don't have to be when they are real diamonds. Who knew. 🤷‍♀️ It's to bad this wasn't an experience we could have had when we first got married. However, we are grateful for the fantastic experience they made sure we had after 21 years of marriage. I am pretty sure my husband enjoyed running around like a teenager again getting ready to propose. 🤭

Veronica at Helzberg Diamonds was amazing! She made the whole process so easy for us. We came in to get my engagement ring resized and pick out two wedding bands, and she had us in and out with zero hassle. Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This is truly the best place to go — and they always have great promos (today they had great deals for Black Friday, we got my wedding bands for nearly half of the price AND we got a free PS5)

Our experience was wonderful! From the greeting to the service and purchase, it was worth the drive from Arlington. Irene and her team were very attentive and helpful. The technician that was there did an absolutely amazing job on my wife’s wedding ring. It was time for an upgrade as this year we approach our 25th year together and the 2.55 carrot ring was just beyond what we imagined. Irene must have some kind of crystal ball because when she had previously described the ring to my wife it was as if she already knew how it would come out! We highly recommend this store to anyone who is in the market for beautiful jewelry and great service! Thank you Irene!! (She even helped me get a new wedding band too…😉)
