My husband got me a ring from Helzberg in Deptford and not only is it a beautiful ring, but the service was exceptional. Mary Jane and Princess are so sweet. Mary Jane helped my husband when he purchased the ring a year and a half ago and remembered him by name when we just went back in to get it resized. Princess was a lot of help when getting the ring resized. Such incredible people working there!

Donna S, Mary Jane, and Heather were all absolutely amazing and pleasant and fun to shop with helping me pick out a ring that best fits my standard and price range and I'm blown away at the 4karat diamond they sold us. Absolutely stunning, my fiance was in a rush to get food, but we did get the time to look at it thoroughly and it was explained in detail under a microscope all the parts of the ring, and shine. We thank you owe so very much! Will Definitely come back, I still want that ysl bag! 😅

I made a phone call to Helzberg after I went to Kay, Jared, Zales. Each of these three company’s had terrible customer service lack of knowledge or just didn’t want to be bothered with that being said my money will never go to people who don’t appreciate it or won’t give a paying customer the time. Some of these purchases are expensive to most people. Bottom line Princess handled my phone call and knew who I was without ever seeing me! She met my needs with professionalism and knowledge of the product she is selling. Respectfully getting you in and out and I’m sure if I didn’t know what I actually wanted she would dedicate her time to the sale. Great customer service will always get my money. I don’t know why I didn’t go here first considering I have done business at this location in the past.

I visited the store in April to celebrate my first wedding anniversary and upgrade my wife's wedding band. Naturally, I was on a tight timeline, and to complicate matters, her ring size isn’t a common one. Heather, Mary Kate, and Kerry immediately sprang into action—meticulously checking what felt like every wedding band in the store in hopes of finding the perfect fit. Although there wasn’t a ring available in her size that day, I truly appreciated the extraordinary effort they put in. Ultimately, I had a ring resized, which was ready just a few weeks later. In the meantime, I left with a beautiful necklace for my wife—an unexpected yet perfect anniversary gift. The ring was ready just in time for Mother’s Day, which turned out to be ideal—two meaningful gifts for two special occasions. I'm not the easiest customer; I tend to think and deliberate quite a bit. But through it all, Heather, Mary Kate, and Kerry were nothing but kind, patient, and professional. Thank you all for your outstanding service. If you're visiting the store, I highly recommend asking for any one of them—you’ll receive nothing less than Best-in-Class care.

I had a wonderful experience going through my engagement ring process at this location. Princess and Mary Jane were impeccable, genuine, and phenomenal in assisting me. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. I only felt as though that they were helping me make the right choice. Visited a few other places before arriving here, but this was my final stop.
