Absolutely fabulous place to get your dream ring! Back in early 2021, I began designing my ring online using their design your own ring feature. I chose my setting, stone, cut, and accent gemstones so easily. My then bf and I went in and worked with an associate who helped us choose size which I very much appreciated because he kept telling me to go bigger and I wouldn't until then LOL. They took down our info and he worked with them to get my perfect ring! It is just as beautiful as when he proposed! I wear it every single day during every activity and it has NEVER had an issue!!! Serious quality here 😊 Then I needed to get a wedding ring and the only thing I liked was a cheaper ring off Etsy. Linda and Denise each time we came in tried to help me every time and then they told us we should consider custom. Linda especially reached out to me to let me know what was happening, get all the details right, and made sure we were in store when Alberto came in for a jewelry collection day. I'm so glad she did!!! I met a designer and we talked out all the details (he KNOWS what he's talking about). A month or so later, my custom ring came in and it was GORGEPUS! Thank you Linda and Denise for all your help over the last few years!!! The most wonderful part of Helzburg are these two ❤️
