I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this diamond shop! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect piece. My friend and I went in to get ideas for engagement rings and were so lucky to have been greeted by Barbie. She was absolutely phenomenal. She listened to our “wishes” and did not disappoint. She helped us for over 1.5 hours giving us endless options to try on. She also took our favorites, cleaned them, and brought us into the “diamond room” where we could see the diamond under the microscope. She was absolutely amazing and we had such a great experience with her. Thank you Barbie, you were the BEST! We went to the Mays Landing store!

I had an amazing experience at Helzberg! We purchased our wedding bands from them (my engagement ring was from Blue Nile), and recently brought both of my rings in to get cleaned and resized. I believe the woman that helped me was Linda (please correct me if I'm wrong!) and she was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She cleaned my wedding band—it looked even shinier than when we first got it—and helped size my engagement ring beautifully. Before taking in the ring, Linda noticed something off and mentioned that the diamond looked natural, even though we thought we purchased a lab-grown one. She advised me to get it appraised to be sure. Thankfully, the appraiser was in that week, and she was absolutely right—it’s a natural diamond and was appraised for more than expected. I really appreciated her honesty and attention to detail. I believe Lauren or Barbara (I forgot to get their names but found them on the receipt.. they're all incredibly friendly and helpful) also assisted during my visit, and both women were so helpful and welcoming. I left feeling taken care of and confident in the service I received. Highly recommend Helzberg for their professionalism and care. Will definitely go back for our jewelry needs.
