We visited Helzberg for a diamond trade-in/upgrade and worked with Carolyn and Patricia..they were great! They both were so patient while I was very indecisive on what I wanted, lol. I appreciate all of their help - especially going through the diamond room presentation. It was super helpful understanding the difference between lab grown vs. mined and really helped us make a decision. I LOVE my new set and hope to work with them both again in the future!

Took my jewelry in for a cleaning and inspection. Brought in a few non-Helzburg items as well and they cleaned those too.
