Katie and Patricia made it so much fun and really helped me figure out what I liked and what would work for me (I’m studying to be a nurse). Had to write a review after yesterday’s great experience with Tony and “V” while building a diamond solitaire necklace for my wife Denise. We spent a couple hours researching and selecting diamond, settings, precious metals, etc. Tony and “V” are extremely knowledgeable and both appreciate fine jewelry. They were so customer oriented and pulled out all stops to ensure our complete satisfaction. Being married for over 43 years, we know a thing or two about diamonds…., but Tony and “V” went well beyond the 4 “C”’s with in depth discussions concerning color, clarity, cut and carat. Bottom line; customer service at the level we experienced it is very difficult to find nowadays. If you are interested in any type of jewelry; highly recommend stopping by Helzberg in Colonial Heights, VA and speaking with Tony and or “V” for total satisfaction that doesn’t stop after the sale.
