Vee helped me find the perfect ring that was everything I was looking for! We had to redesign it a little but Vee went above and beyond to help meet my wants! First ring my husband has been able to get me for 23 yrs and I’m in love with it! Vee was very knowledgeable about what I wanted and I am so grateful for him because I absolutely love my ring and earrings so thank u Vee for going above and beyond and not getting angry at me because I know I drove him crazy about my ring! He was so professional and knew exactly what I wanted! I will not go anywhere else to get my jewelry! The pics don’t even do it justice!

We visited Helzberg for a diamond trade-in/upgrade and worked with Carolyn and Patricia..they were great! They both were so patient while I was very indecisive on what I wanted, lol. I appreciate all of their help - especially going through the diamond room presentation. It was super helpful understanding the difference between lab grown vs. mined and really helped us make a decision. I LOVE my new set and hope to work with them both again in the future!
