To whom it may concern: I went to this store to have some jewelry fixed. However, as I entered the store I was generously welcomed by Ilsa & Brenda. After discussing my items, I also informed them that I would like to upgrade my wife’s wedding ring and I was intrigued by the jewelry they showed me. Since valentines is around the corner, they showed me a great deal. I am overwhelmed with one particular piece and thought it over, my wife deserves it. So I took the deal and they have alot of deals for Valentines Day gifts for your love ones. Although, I did not fixed my jewelry. I did have the pleasure of meeting two wonderful people. And took the layaway plan, I am very pleased. It’s going to be a Kodak moment when I give it to her. Thank you Ilsa. Thank you Brenda. Brandon (Store Manager) and Ilsa are fantastic and represent Helzberg positively. Brandon sold me a Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 watch at a at a really good price and is very supportive servicing and sizing my watches. Ilsa is very friendly and knowledgeable in all facets of the store. Both are non-pressure and people-oriented/customer-focused individuals. Brandon and Brenda were very helpful. My fingers were swollen and my ring was hurting me. It was either a trip to the emergency room or to the jeweler. Brandon was able to use a tool to cut the ring. He didn’t even charge me for this service. I went back to get the ring sized and also brought my mom to get her ring sized as well.
