If I could give more stars I would. The staff was beyond helpful and pleasure to work with. I was greeted by Candace and immediately got a good vibe she was very welcoming and we went right to looking for the perfect gift…she never hesitated to show me product and explained everything. Lina checked in with us and also offered her help both were amazing It was my first purchase with Helzberg and definitely not my last. I never felt pressured or rushed it was the ideal shopping experience.

My boyfriend & I went to the mall just to look and get an idea of what i want for an engagement ring. Never heard of this store before we just walked in. Customer service from Lina was so friendly, answered all our questions & even gave us information we didn’t know about rings. I tried on rings and told them we will think bout it. Went to different stores and took the knowledge she gave us & applied it to other stores while looking. other stores didn’t compare to the same customer service we had with Lina. Others seemed like they got upset when we said we will think bout it. Other stores had a price tag that said one price and once we asked about it they would say “for you this price” I wasn’t a fan of that only because what’s the real price ? We went to the mall Friday & Saturday just doing our research since it’s a very big purchase…Finally on Sunday we bought rings that I could t stop thinking bout once I left on Friday. I fell in love with such a beautiful ring. Lina & Miguel both helped us on Sunday & their attitudes were so great & they were nice vibes. For being our first time looking at rings didn’t know where to start they made this experience such a nice one. We will recommend this place to family & friends. And it was a win for my 7year old son too because they had a promotion when you buy a certain amount you get a free ps5. Everyone walked out so happy that day.

Lina and Miguel were absolutely amazing. I walked in today and said I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I showed them some examples of what I was looking for and they both went the extra mile to make this a smooth transaction and I am very happy. Other ring shops I've been to they just don't exactly seem like they want to help me or they are too pushy to get me to spend thousands but they both listened and went about a ring to my preference and price range and talked about everything and I am very happy I stopped into Helzberg today. Thanks! I will be back!

I had a great experience here as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kari She made everything super easy to helping pick out a engagement ring and she has good taste in matching bands together She was also helpful on sizing and made sure my wife would be able to take her ring over the holidays I highly recommend coming here
