    Is every item eligible for curbside or in-store pickup?

    In-store pickup is available on most items at the selected location. Curbside pickup is available only at select locations. Otherwise, all items are available for shipping.

    Do I have to pay shipping on curbside or in-store pickup?

    No. Curbside and in-store pickup are absolutely free.

    When will my curbside or in-store pickup order be ready?

    Once the selected location has finished preparing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is available for pickup. We will reach out to schedule an in-store or curbside pickup time that’s convenient for you.

    If the item(s) on your order require sizing, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Please contact the selected location to confirm your pick up date.

    How long will you hold my order for pickup?

    We will hold your order for 4 days after sending confirmation your order is ready. If the order is not picked up in that time, your money will be refunded and your order cancelled.

    What do I bring with me for my curbside or in-store pickup?

    You should come prepared with a valid photo ID, form of payment used, and order number. You will be required to sign for your order upon pick up.

    Can I have someone else pick up my curbside or in-store order?

    At this time, we do not allow someone else to pick up your order. You must pick up your own order.

    Is there a charge for same-day delivery?

    There is a $19.95 charge for same-day delivery.

    Are all items available for same-day delivery?

    In order to qualify for same-day delivery, items must be available within 20 miles of your delivery zip code.

    Certain items do not qualify for same-day delivery:

    • Rings other than a women’s stock size 7 and men’s stock size 10
    • Personalized and engraved items
    • Online exclusives

    How will I know when my same-day delivery item is on its way?

    Once your order is ready to be delivered, you’ll receive communication via email and text message with more specific information.

    Is there a cut-off time for same-day delivery?

    Orders placed after 12 pm (noon) may not arrive until the following day.

    How do I cancel or return my purchase?

    All items using the store pickup option will fall under our 30 days return policy. You can make a return at your local store or call 1-800-435-9237 to initiate an online return and/or cancelation of a transaction. We cannot make curbside returns.

    Can I use PayPal with an order I have decided to pick up at a store?

    Yes. However, orders using PayPal or Affirm CANNOT be returned by your local store. You will need to contact 1-800-435-9237 for all PayPal returns.

    Can I add onto my order upon pickup?

    If you’re picking up in-store, you can purchase additional items.

    Can I change the store location after I already placed my order?

    In order to change the pickup location, you must cancel your order by calling the original store or 1-800-435-9237. Then you must re-place your order via online checkout or 1-800-435-9237.
