My partner and I decided to start the process of shopping for an engagement ring. Being completely new to this sort of purchase, we wanted to go somewhere that we could look at a variety of options, with knowledgeable guidance from the sales team. We had already been to a couple locations prior to coming into Helzberg at the Glendale Galleria, without much luck and feeling very apprehensive. Enter Annie -- a kind, gentle, and educated woman who would become our ring sherpa over the next couple hours! She was INCREDIBLE, walking through step by step, asking all the right questions about my tastes, our budget, and making the whole experience feel perfectly personalized. We would later find out that she has been in this business for over 35 years and her passion shows in everything she does. Her associate, Raul, was also a stellar interaction, answering any questions we had and taking the time to really address them while educating. With both their help, we crafted the perfect ring! I never expected to have such an emotional response to seeing what my ring would look like, but I will say when you know, YOU KNOW! Everything about this process fit so perfectly, with Annie and Raul being additional gems along the way. We are so grateful and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for personalized (not pushy) guidance.
