My experience at Helzburg Diamonds in The Parks Mall has been, and I am confident will always continue to be, PHENOMENAL! It was a very long time coming, but I was blessed enough to purchase my first Rolex here. I had set my eyes on this specific watch for close to a year, before I finally pulled the trigger! I was warmly greeted by Nora, and she made me feel right at home. I let her know which watch I was looking for specifically, and she got me set up with Elma and Bevi, who were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! It felt surreal, but they made it a reality, and for that I will be forever grateful! I had such an amazing experience at Helzburg, I decided that since my left wrist got the watch, my right wrist needed a little something as well! I worked with Elma again and she got me set up with a beautiful, 7ct Natural Diamond Tennis Bracelet, which I hold near and dear to my heart. I had some issues with the bracelet, but every concern was addressed promptly, with care, and utmost understanding from everyone at Helzburg. Jon, the store manager, personally helped remedy the situation and was on my side every step of the way as were Elma, Bevi, and Nora! I will forever recommend friends and family to this incredible super team of professionals at Helzburg Diamonds! Thank you!!

I love coming in the Helzeberg store at the parks mall. They are always so friendly and quick to answer any of my questions that I might have about a certain item. I came into the store to pick up my husband wedding band and a necklace. They wear able to inspect my ring and clean it . She was very helpful thank you Grace

Just wanted to take a second and give high praise to Bevi the jeweler in the Parks Mall of Arlington. She helped assist my wife and I in picking out the most exquisite wedding band and rings I have ever saw in my life. My wife and I were overwhelmed with delight as she assisted us in the process. Her professionalism and knowledge, went above and beyond our expectations. In the beginning we were so undecided in the whole ordeal. However, after going through a few selections with Bevi, we walked out with an extraordinary piece of jewelry that will forever express the love of our commitment. We give Helzberg Diamond and staff five stars all the way across the board.
