My experience at Helzburg Diamonds in The Parks Mall has been, and I am confident will always continue to be, PHENOMENAL! It was a very long time coming, but I was blessed enough to purchase my first Rolex here. I had set my eyes on this specific watch for close to a year, before I finally pulled the trigger! I was warmly greeted by Nora, and she made me feel right at home. I let her know which watch I was looking for specifically, and she got me set up with Elma and Bevi, who were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! It felt surreal, but they made it a reality, and for that I will be forever grateful! I had such an amazing experience at Helzburg, I decided that since my left wrist got the watch, my right wrist needed a little something as well! I worked with Elma again and she got me set up with a beautiful, 7ct Natural Diamond Tennis Bracelet, which I hold near and dear to my heart. I had some issues with the bracelet, but every concern was addressed promptly, with care, and utmost understanding from everyone at Helzburg. Jon, the store manager, personally helped remedy the situation and was on my side every step of the way as were Elma, Bevi, and Nora! I will forever recommend friends and family to this incredible super team of professionals at Helzburg Diamonds! Thank you!!

I had the most amazing experience at Helzberg while searching for my dream engagement ring. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely cared for, but Elma went above and beyond. I had been to several other jewelry stores before, but the staff at other stores seemed to rush through and dismiss what I wanted, especially when it came to finding options in yellow gold. I started to dread ring shopping and had settled with white gold. Then I went to Helzberg and it was the best decision. I would never have thought I'd get my engagement ring from the Parks Mall. Elma took the time to understand what mattered most to me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed or pressured like the other jewelry store staff. Bevi was absolutely incredible—she took the time to really understand what I was looking for and explained all the qualities of the ring in a way that made everything so clear and easy to follow. I never felt rushed, and her knowledge and patience made the entire process so enjoyable. Samir was also a huge help when it came to choosing my fiancé’s band. He made sure we found something that was the perfect fit and style, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Overall, the customer service was outstanding.
