Today was my birthday and I was a little upset about my ring not fitting, so I went to Helzberg to see if there was another one. We tried on a few and then the perfect one was a match. I ended up holding it until I looked around more, then I went back and her eyes lit up to see us walk in for it again. Her energy and professionalism is really what attracted me back. The ring is also beautiful. Ms Vicky and Mrs.lauren truly made my experience worth it. They made this birthday special and the works needs more customer service like this
