Last year, for our 39th anniversary, my husband honored me with a new engagement ring. Our sales associate, Debbie, was incredible; she didn't just sell us a ring—she selected the perfect one. It wasn't at all what I originally had in mind, but because Debbie took the time to understand our faith, our journey, and our artistic style, we found "the one" together. This year, while celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, we returned to have the ring cleaned and checked under our care contract. We met with Debbie again, and she showed us a ring enhancer that fit my engagement ring perfectly. It became the ultimate gift for our milestone year. We also had the pleasure of speaking with one of the store managers, Suzanne. Both she and Debbie impressed us with their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. We never felt rushed or treated like "just another customer"—they made us feel like family. Thank you for making our anniversary so special; we will treasure these pieces for years to come and will certainly be back!

Today was my birthday and I was a little upset about my ring not fitting, so I went to Helzberg to see if there was another one. We tried on a few and then the perfect one was a match. I ended up holding it until I looked around more, then I went back and her eyes lit up to see us walk in for it again. Her energy and professionalism is really what attracted me back. The ring is also beautiful. Ms Vicky and Mrs.lauren truly made my experience worth it. They made this birthday special and the works needs more customer service like this
