If I can start this review (story) going back to about 5 months ago. We would walk the mall at Arrowhead Center and would always look at the jewelry stores thru their windows. We got married years ago but didn't have THAT ring. An actual wedding ring that she has wanted for a very long time. Until one day, we actually went in and had the pleasure to talk with Maria about a solitaire diamond. She is the most kindest, most caring sales person you could ever want. Maria also had her manager Blake come over to help with the search. They showed my wife a few rings but so not the one that jumped out at her until they brought the ONE! She put it on and said, this is it! My wife absolutely loved it! It was actually a multi Diamond ring instead of a solitaire. It was a great price that fit within our budget It was even her size so she was very to be able to wear it out of the store. We couldn't thank Maria and Blake enough for their care, attention and great customer experience. Blake is also the nicest person you will ever talk to. Their drive to help you in wonderful! My wife has since wished that she had an enhancer to make her ring that much more dynamic. She looked on line and saw a few but hard to tell how they would look along side her ring. Fast forward to Saturday (11/22/25), we went back in to talk with Maria and Blake. They took so much and attention in trying to get that enhancer to help us find the one. Yup, we found that one! It looked wonderful next to her ring. You can tell that was what her wedding ring needed to be the complete package! Maria and Blake make the best team in helping you find that special item for your wife or yourself! Did I mention that they have sales all the time and was able to get her ring on sale. Then they helped us find the right price for the enhancer that my wife loved too. This will forever be the store for all our jewelry needs! Thank you Maria and Blake at Helzberg Jewelers. We love you guys like family!

This place is amazing! The staff is very friendly especially Candy House who is always helpful and finds us exactly what we are looking for. They have great prices and over all the quality of the jewelry is top notch. We will continue our business here whenever we need new items.
