Gloria and Maria and Ari are fantastic! Sierra is adorable! The star of the show here is the jeweler! I've had this ring Polished and rhodium dipped many times, but it has never looked so good! Well done! I don't know who's running this place, but it seems to me that they are doing one heck of a job! Very impressive! If I was to go jewelry shopping, this is the only place I would go.

The customer service at this location is second to none. I had purchased a necklace for Mother's day, online for my wife. We had it for about 3 days before the chain somehow broke. I immediately thought that if I took the item to the brick and mortar location, which in our case would be Arrowhead mall, I would have been dealing with a lot of red tape and push back. Fortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth. When I called first, I spoke to a gentleman named Josh. He put whatever preconceived issues I may have had about the process to rest. He told me to come in to the location, which I did. In my haste of ordering the necklace for my wife, I forgot to get the lifetime warranty. Josh still gave me the option to purchase that, which I did. That also negated any extra fees I would have had to pay to fix the chain. I had the option of having the chain sent out to be repaired, or Josh could repair it there on site. After calling my wife to ask what she wanted to do, she decided that we would have Josh fix it, and he did. I'm actually taking it back home once I'm done writing this. Now she can wear it on full display to all her friends and co-workers, which is what she's been wanting to do. So, if you're at Arrowhead mall, and you go to Helzberg jewelers, look for josh. He's an amazing and impressive young man, who truly cares about his customers. I would highly recommend shopping at this location

I have worked with Gloria several times when i am in the mood to purchase some jewlery. She is always so nice and welcoming and never pressures us to make the purchase. I have just recently had the chance to work with Sierra and she is amazing as well, she would greet me every time with a happy attitude even though i was checking in on something an absurd amount of times. Went in to try engagement rings just to see what fit my hand best, and Heather helped us the whole time. She was so patient, kind, and just a girl’s girl! Candy assisted my husband and I with a smile from beginning to end on both visits. She never once forced us or made us feel obligated to purchase anything. She is definetly there to help the customer and make sure you walk out happy with your purchase. Even you do not purchase anything she will still have a friendly smile and same upbeat happy attitude. I highly recommend going to this location and i personally will only work with Candy herself.
