I had an excellent experience at the Hazelberg store in Oakland Mall. Alicia, Andrea, and David were absolutely outstanding. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Their teamwork, patience, and attention to detail made the entire visit smooth and stress‑free. It’s rare to find a staff that combines great customer service with genuine kindness, but this team truly delivered. I left feeling well taken care of and appreciated. Highly recommend this location and this amazing team.

LaTonya and Jessica are a dynamic duo and both amazing Associates! They work so well together it is absolutely refreshing! My husband of 30 years and I went in to get an upgrade on my wedding ring and the experience was more than I expected! They were very educational, patient, honest and we had a lot of laughs! Most of all I left with an absolutely beautiful custom ring that I am proud to show off. I've always had great success at Helzberg and you have a lifetime customer here! If you want great service and a great product at a fair price go and see this dynamic duo at Oakland Mall

What can I say except for Raj is the best! An absolute honest soul who will welcome you with that warm inviting feeling you hope for. Helzberg gave me the absolute best experience. Never once did I feel pushed into a decision, only guided in my choice.they worked respectfully with my budget and not their own motive. Latonya was a smiling face and a great associate to help model the rings and David was the man to who helped wrap the sale up and give me every ounce of sincerity he had. 10/10 feel safe in their hands.
