I had an excellent experience at the Hazelberg store in Oakland Mall. Alicia, Andrea, and David were absolutely outstanding. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Their teamwork, patience, and attention to detail made the entire visit smooth and stress‑free. It’s rare to find a staff that combines great customer service with genuine kindness, but this team truly delivered. I left feeling well taken care of and appreciated. Andrea and Amy Jo are absolutely amazing. After being turned away from other jewelry stores that were unwilling to help us find a wedding band, they both accepted the challenge. They quickly found me a wedding band that I was able to walk out with in time for my wedding. I cannot express how thankful I am for those to ladies!

They were so helpful, incredibly informative, and truly kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. I had a wonderful experience at the Troy Helzberg Diamonds location, especially working with Andrea, the assistant manager. I recently went through the difficult situation of having to replace my full wedding ring set after it was lost, which was very emotional for me. Andrea and the entire staff showed so much empathy, patience, and understanding throughout the process. They were extremely accommodating and helpful while assisting me in choosing a replacement, and they truly made a hard situation much easier to get through. I never felt rushed, and they took the time to make sure I found something that meant just as much to me as my original set. I am very grateful for the kindness and support they showed during such a stressful time. I highly recommend the Troy location, and especially Andrea, for anyone looking for not only beautiful jewelry but also genuinely caring customer service.
