We have been coming to Helzberg for several years and Dinny has always been the one we ask for. She is so sweet and so personable and yet at the same time keeps track of our styles and what we like, esp me. Recently she helped with a repair of a bracelet from Christmas which led to more shopping from what was new in stock. Several visits later we were picking up my engagement ring that she helped us design. It's absolutely beautiful. She goes above and beyond in the customer service area. Don't know what we would do without her.
