I walked in and was warmly greeted by Dee Seibert. She took the time to show myself and my mom the various diamonds, cuts & sizes to choose from. She was very knowledgeable in the designs and specifications of each ring. Dee took her time with us and made my first experience beyond wonderful. I truly feel she went above and beyond for me. What a fantastic experience! I called in and spoke with Dee, she was personable, efficient and very helpful. She was able to get me in the same day to have my engagement ring resized as I was super concerned about my ring spinning. She made sure I felt secure and did a wonderful job walking me through the process and provided me upfront pricing. She was knowledgeable and kind. Will definitely be back because of her service.

Kimberly Granado, the absolute best. She performed an effortless and professional cleaning of all my family jewelry. She even showed me how some of the stones were damaged and estimated repair costs. Above all she scheduled a fix on my mothers engagement ring and it came out looking better than a brand new one. The jeweler here is superb and works at another level to restore and fix broken jewelry.

Elias and Dee at the Ingram location were very patient and professional with us, they were nothing short of exceptional.
