I liked the service a lot! Specifically, Dee was such an amazing help with deciding what I’d pick as an upgrade for my ring! Not only did she make the process smooth. Dee also did her best to give me and my husband the best deals and discounts, which I appreciated a lot! When I needed the best decision on what size I needed for my ring, Dinny was there to help. Customer service was on point! Marissa contacted me from jump as soon as I requested an appt to see some of their merchandise. I advised her what I was looking for. She was honest from the beginning, they didnt have what I was looking for instore, but she was having it overnighted from another location. She was very knowledgeable and helped me out with all my questions. Marissa and Dinny were also very up front about the sale prices and when the deals would expire. I was able to come in a day early and look at simular merchandise I was interested in. Over all, I am 100% impressed by the customer service these wonderful ladies showed me! I look forward to future purchases at this location! 🫶

Mrs. Angelica was great she greeted us upon arriving inside the store she was very attentive and we explained what we like and she sold us a beautiful black diamond rose ring. We were very pleased with Angelica. The other ladies in the store do need some customer service experience as they just stood there and did not attend to us or even say hello! Kudos to Angelica though what a job well done!
