My son and I came into the store to browse engagement rings. Dee was able to help us narrow down our selection. Elias did an amazing job teaching us about the diamond my son chose. He took time answering all our questions and really explained the quality of diamond we were looking into to purchasing. Dee then helped us again with purchasing process…they were both so helpful and informative and we will definitely be back to purchase in the future with these two!

Customer service was on point! Marissa contacted me from jump as soon as I requested an appt to see some of their merchandise. I advised her what I was looking for. She was honest from the beginning, they didnt have what I was looking for instore, but she was having it overnighted from another location. She was very knowledgeable and helped me out with all my questions. Marissa and Dinny were also very up front about the sale prices and when the deals would expire. I was able to come in a day early and look at simular merchandise I was interested in. Over all, I am 100% impressed by the customer service these wonderful ladies showed me! I look forward to future purchases at this location! 🫶
