Dee at the Ingram Park Mall location was extremely helpful, patient, and thoughtful when my wife and I stopped by to look at some bridal sets. Dee at the Ingram location was simply amazing! She sat with my husband and I for a couple of hours going back and forth with us because I was so indecisive on a ring. She took her time and gave us several options based on what we were looking for. She took us into the private showing room so I can see how each ring would look like under different lighting. She gave me suggestions, but still made it to where I was the one making the decisions. After 2 hours with her, I decided to go for a walk around the mall to think about my decision. I came back after going into another store to look, and purchased the most beautiful ring from Dee! Thank you Dee for all your help, we will definitely be back when we are in the market for more jewelry!

I liked the service a lot! Specifically, Dee was such an amazing help with deciding what I’d pick as an upgrade for my ring! Not only did she make the process smooth. Customer service was on point! Marissa contacted me from jump as soon as I requested an appt to see some of their merchandise. I advised her what I was looking for. She was honest from the beginning, they didnt have what I was looking for instore, but she was having it overnighted from another location. She was very knowledgeable and helped me out with all my questions. Marissa and Dinny were also very up front about the sale prices and when the deals would expire. I was able to come in a day early and look at simular merchandise I was interested in. Over all, I am 100% impressed by the customer service these wonderful ladies showed me! I look forward to future purchases at this location! 🫶
