From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful selection of rings from pre-designed options to fully customizable pieces which gave us a wide range of choices. What truly made this experience exceptional was Larry. I walked in feeling a bit timid and “just looking,” and he approached us with genuine kindness and zero pressure. He patiently allowed us to try on multiple rings and took the time to educate us throughout the entire process. I didn’t just leave with a ring I left feeling informed, confident, and excited about the purchase we made. Larry’s expertise is truly one of a kind. He is incredibly knowledgeable and well-versed in the industry, and his passion for helping customers shows. After window shopping at MULTIPLE jewelers, my husband and I decided to stop by Helzberg on the way to Macy's just to see what their watch selection was. We did not intend to purchase anything that day. HOWEVER, from the moment we walked in and was welcomed by Larry, we immediately felt comfortable inquiring further. He went out of his way to give us all the info on the inventory they had and clearly was knowledgeable on all the items. After deciding to look at 2 contenders, he guided us to the VIP room, handed us water, and proceeded to give us the time we needed to look, feel, and learn more about the items. We never purchased from this company before, but because of his impeccable customer service, professionalism, humor, honesty, AND expertise, we knew we were genuinely being taken care of! From the time we stepped into the establishment, inquiry stage, purchasing process, everything went so smooth and it checked ALL the boxes from what we wanted and how we wanted to experience the overall buying process. Today is July 19. I’m in the Florida mall shopping for a present for my wife. We celebrate tomorrow 10 year marriage anniversary and we stopped at your store. Harrisburg and we were greeted very very, very warmly and friendly by lady named Ruha and her friend Sophie and no how to treat The customers with a smile and readiness to find something for me.
