I had an amazing experience with Larry the Jeweler at Helzberg Diamonds. I brought in a couple of cross pendants that needed repair, and Larry absolutely delivered. Not only was the quality of the work excellent, but the turnaround time was incredibly fast less than 2 days! Everything came back looking perfect, like new again. Larry was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Because of how helpful and knowledgeable he was, I also ended up purchasing a Movado watch during my visit. He was professional, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s hard to find that level of service these days. Highly recommend Larry if you need any jewelry repairs or are looking to buy something special. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited Florida Mall this weekend intending to look at a ring I had seen online at another jewelry store. At the first store, a friendly saleswoman greeted me while she was assisting another customer. There were two other salespeople in the store—one on the phone and another chatting with someone. Both eventually became available, but neither immediately came over to assist me. Honestly, it was okay. I liked the lady who initially greeted me. 😊 Eventually, a gentleman came over, and after I mentioned that I had definitely been waiting for assistance, he jumped in to help. I found an alternate ring that I liked, but the price casually changed three times during the conversation. 😳 At that point, I was bored. I wanted alternatives. So, I went from store to store and met plenty of pleasant people, but no one had quite what I was looking for. Then I landed at Helzberg. For the first time that day, it wasn't just another jewelry store… THEY HAD A JEWELER. LARRY THE JEWELER, TO BE EXACT! His level of expertise was unmatched! Before we even settled on options to complement my ring, he educated me about my own jewelry. I was looking for something dainty, elegant, and gold to create a mixed-metal look with my upgraded wedding ring. Larry asked questions. He listened. And most importantly, he understood exactly what I was trying to achieve. He found the perfect feminine, elegant balance for my ring and made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout the entire experience. For me, where I spend my money matters. I want to purchase from businesses where I feel welcomed—not where I have to beg or hassle someone to earn my consumer spend. LARRY MADE THAT POSSIBLE. Not only did he help me find the perfect complement to my existing jewelry, but despite all the certifications displayed on his wall, he was simply a kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming person. And let's be honest…that makes it a whole lot easier to slide that card across the counter! 😂 Good job, Helzberg! Larry the Jeweler is definitely a keeper!!

My husband and I are long-term customers of Helzberg. We have always been pleased with the quality and options that they offer. However, the absolute best experience either one of us has ever had at any location, (because we have been to many different Helzberg locations around the country) took place this past week and we owe all of the credit to Larry the Jeweler. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, easy to work with, and has many years of experience making him the perfect person to help customers make the pieces of their dreams come to life. We could not be more pleased with his professionalism, amicable, upbeat attitude, and the true sense of passion we could feel from him about how much he loves his job.
