I had an amazing experience with Larry the Jeweler at Helzberg Diamonds. I brought in a couple of cross pendants that needed repair, and Larry absolutely delivered. Not only was the quality of the work excellent, but the turnaround time was incredibly fast less than 2 days! Everything came back looking perfect, like new again. Larry was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Because of how helpful and knowledgeable he was, I also ended up purchasing a Movado watch during my visit. He was professional, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s hard to find that level of service these days. Highly recommend Larry if you need any jewelry repairs or are looking to buy something special. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My husband and I are long-term customers of Helzberg. We have always been pleased with the quality and options that they offer. However, the absolute best experience either one of us has ever had at any location, (because we have been to many different Helzberg locations around the country) took place this past week and we owe all of the credit to Larry the Jeweler.
