I had an amazing experience with Larry the Jeweler at Helzberg Diamonds. I brought in a couple of cross pendants that needed repair, and Larry absolutely delivered. Not only was the quality of the work excellent, but the turnaround time was incredibly fast less than 2 days! Everything came back looking perfect, like new again. Larry was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Because of how helpful and knowledgeable he was, I also ended up purchasing a Movado watch during my visit. He was professional, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s hard to find that level of service these days. Highly recommend Larry if you need any jewelry repairs or are looking to buy something special. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My husband and I are long-term customers of Helzberg. We have always been pleased with the quality and options that they offer. However, the absolute best experience either one of us has ever had at any location, (because we have been to many different Helzberg locations around the country) took place this past week and we owe all of the credit to Larry the Jeweler. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, easy to work with, and has many years of experience making him the perfect person to help customers make the pieces of their dreams come to life. We could not be more pleased with his professionalism, amicable, upbeat attitude, and the true sense of passion we could feel from him about how much he loves his job. It was clear to us that this is not just a job for him, it means more to him than that. As a customer, it made our experience feel truly specialized and one of a kind. What truly made this experience exceptional was Larry. I walked in feeling a bit timid and “just looking,” and he approached us with genuine kindness and zero pressure. He patiently allowed us to try on multiple rings and took the time to educate us throughout the entire process. I didn’t just leave with a ring I left feeling informed, confident, and excited about the purchase we made. Larry’s expertise is truly one of a kind. He is incredibly knowledgeable and well-versed in the industry, and his passion for helping customers shows.
