I had the best experience coming to Helzberg. I wanted a rose gold ring that could only come from online purchases and needed it shipped to store due to moving issues. I was also told that it would be available until Feb 6th plus shipping. Alaa, Negar, Barbara went out of their way to order the ring within days. They were so nice and accommodating I can only recommend them for diamonds moving forward. I also purchased diamond earrings they are resetting and recreating to fit my preference. I will only go here moving forward. Highly recommend.

Sum ale and Barbara were so very helpful! I went to many jewelry stores in the mall today. Many of them wouldn’t acknowledge me and the few that did were unable to help me. Sumalee asked what I was shopping for, I told her a 10yr anniversary present for my employee and she immediately had loads of ideas. Showed me a variety of choices with romanticized ideas to go with. I left and came back almost right away. Most excellent customer service!!!! THANK YOU!!
