Her knowledge of jewelry , attention to details , and genuine care for what I was looking for went above and beyond my expectations . She took the time to listen, offered thoughtful recommendations , ensured I found exactly what I wanted without ever feeling pressured . Her professionalism , patience and warm personality truly set this store apart . I hardly recommend this jewelry store especially under the guidance of such an exceptional manager.
