I’ve visited this Helzberg location in the past, and I can genuinely say there’s a noticeable difference now — in the best way. I came in with a ruby that needed a very specific setting, and the store manager, Negar Miri, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly committed to making sure my stone was set beautifully and securely. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. I’m incredibly impressed with the level of care and professionalism Negar brought to the experience. This store has really elevated its service, and I highly recommend it.

I had the best experience coming to Helzberg. I wanted a rose gold ring that could only come from online purchases and needed it shipped to store due to moving issues. I was also told that it would be available until Feb 6th plus shipping. Alaa, Negar, Barbara went out of their way to order the ring within days. They were so nice and accommodating I can only recommend them for diamonds moving forward. I also purchased diamond earrings they are resetting and recreating to fit my preference. I will only go here moving forward. Highly recommend.
