Excellent customer service, expedited. Negar & Barbara made great suggestions for a custom ring (enhancer), and they started the process ti order the right pieces and get them to their jeweler for the work expeditiously with an amazing turnaround time. The ring turned out beautifully and the work required was done quickly despite short notice. Thanks!

Barbara at Helzburg Alderwood was AMAZING! She helped me select a gold chain for my husbands birthday and when I told her I wanted to continue to "shop around the mall," there was no pressure. I returned a few days later and the piece I had chosen was sold out! Barbara herself transferred the item from the Tukwila store that day so that I could have the gift that evening for my husband's birthday. Excellent Customer Service unlike any found in stores today.

Rueben, Barbie, Angeline and Sumalee are the best team ever! They work hard to make sure their customers leave happy! I could have hugged Rueben once I picked up my soldered rings after giving him the craziest description for how I wanted the band cut and molded to my low set engagement ring. These guys are seriously the best!!

I’ve visited this Helzberg location in the past, and I can genuinely say there’s a noticeable difference now — in the best way. I came in with a ruby that needed a very specific setting, and the store manager, Negar Miri, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly committed to making sure my stone was set beautifully and securely. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. I’m incredibly impressed with the level of care and professionalism Negar brought to the experience. This store has really elevated its service, and I highly recommend it.
