Think twice before purchasing from the Winston-Salem, NC store. The jewelry is beautiful and I love my engagement ring but their jewelers are not able to resize rings without damaging them. I put my brand new ring in repair THREE times and all three times I received a defective product (see pics - holes, scratches and non-uniformed) I was really disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this store. During the entire process I talked to the general manager and he seemed dismissive and not wanting to take responsibility for the defective product. I couldn’t believe this was the same person who was so kind and welcoming when we initially looked at rings. I am currently wearing a gorgeous diamond that has a lopsided circle around the bottom of the ring (see pics). This happy time in my life was turned sour by this company. I will not purchase from here again.

Malika helped me through the whole process and the experience was absolutely amazing! She was etremely helpful through the design process showing me all the designs I wanted to see to ensure I get the perfect one! She also answered all my questions I had. I highly recommend Malika!

My fiancé and had a much better experience at the Winston-Salem location. Although we had issues with the location in Greenville, SC, the support online were super helpful from start to finish. We have a promise ring and an engagement ring. I needed the stones replaced and resized. Pam was super helpful and professional and helped rebuild the trust again because we do like shopping here.
