If I could give 10 stars, I would! WOW - do not pass up an opportunity to shop Helzberg, specifically this Winston Salem location. I am so impressed with their attention to detail, customer service and the entire experience. Miranda is top notch! She is truly a gift to the engagement ring buying experience and SO knowledgeable. We spent a total of 3 hours in the store with her customizing the perfect engagement ring. Her diamond knowledge is next level and she is so patient, professional and willing to share everything she knows to make sure you leave happy. Often times couples assume that a chain retailer such as Helzberg does not offer a customized ordering experience and I’m here to tell you, that’s not the case. We will be relocating from Austin TX this summer and I am happy to spread the word in the Winston Salem community to bring more business to Helzberg and Miranda… one of the best in the industry! Miranda was great. If I can give her 10 stars, I would. She was so great, I bought a second item from the store a week later. She was\ very personable, welcoming, patient, and kind. I did not feel pressured or rushed and she answered any of my questions. Highly recommend her! She and her store will be getting my business going forward just purely based on her service, and not to mention, the selections they have.
