This place not only has a great selection to choose from, they can even order pieces that aren't on display, but that's besides the point. THEY ANSWER THE PHONES. Kay jewelers a must be allergic to them or something. I called to check if I purchased the warranty or not and immediately they picked up and got my info. They did some digging and called me back immediately. That's what you call great service

Excellent experience with this staff and store. Ask for Bozena if you go here! She will treat you like family and with the most friendly and helpful attitude! Over the course of a few months I needed to make several purchases as well as sizing adjustments and exchanges. Bozena made sure to help get all of this accomplished as quickly as possible. She even went above and beyond by ordering a ring to be sent in from another store to save me time and money on an exchange! Whitney is also kind and helpful. I would absolutely shop here again!
