Came in for our first time around Valentine's day. Didn't know what we were looking for, but I needed to get my wife something special. Angela Zheng came to the rescue! Despite it being busy she took her time with us, listened, showed us SO many items! I never felt pressured and I didn't feel any judgement looking at all the sale items either. In the end, we bought two sets of stacker rings, one opal themed and the other sapphire and diamonds, as well as, an opal necklace. The deal was just so good and my wife looked amazing and so happy! Couldn't turn it down. Helzberg and Angela customer long term now!

Angela always works with me and she’s always so knowledgeable remembers all the important pieces of jewelry where they came from what they were for just a really personal experience and a nice place to shop. Excellent experience with this staff and store. Ask for Bozena if you go here! She will treat you like family and with the most friendly and helpful attitude! Over the course of a few months I needed to make several purchases as well as sizing adjustments and exchanges. Bozena made sure to help get all of this accomplished as quickly as possible. She even went above and beyond by ordering a ring to be sent in from another store to save me time and money on an exchange! Whitney is also kind and helpful. I would absolutely shop here again!
