Highly recommend going to this store! Eloisa was so kind and hospitable! I knew I wanted to purchase a ring but I didn’t know what style I was looking for yet she was so incredibly patient and answered all the questions I had. She gave really insightful information. It truly was an amazing customer service experience. Nash was also such a kind, customer-oriented professional! It was a true joy shopping with them.

We traveled to NJ and decided to go to Helzberg near Paramus. The first thing we noticed was the quick professional service. Rianna was fabulous, greeted us with kindness. She gave us great options, saved us money and made the sale. It felt like family although it was the first time in the store. We loved the service so much that we ended up meeting Miriam who sold us another beautiful piece for our daughter. On top of all of this there was a master jeweler in the store who re-sized my piece of jewelry. They sold us the pieces and resized them on the same day. Unbelievable service. All I have to say is you can’t go wrong shopping here and the manager Nasha is someone you can hang out with anytime.

I had the perfect ring all planned out, the perfect spot to propose, the plan, all of it. And then I was told the ring would not be there in time. My heart sank as I called around to local jewelers. No one had the ring in store or could they make it happen before I needed it. Until I called up Helzberg Diamonds in the GSP. I ran in and Christine, Rhianna and Naresh set up the ring I had in mind perfectly. They were so quick, efficient, and friendly that I was floored. Not only did they make the physical process painless, but also the mental and monetary process pain-free, as well. THANK YOU GUYS!!!
