I had rings resized at the garden state plaza Helzberg location. They did it while I waited and for a very fair price. The jeweler, the manager Naresh , and the associate Miriam were so helpful. The jeweler explained exactly what he was doing and both rings look amazing. Fantastic experience !!

We traveled to NJ and decided to go to Helzberg near Paramus. The first thing we noticed was the quick professional service. Rianna was fabulous, greeted us with kindness. She gave us great options, saved us money and made the sale. It felt like family although it was the first time in the store. We loved the service so much that we ended up meeting Miriam who sold us another beautiful piece for our daughter. On top of all of this there was a master jeweler in the store who re-sized my piece of jewelry. They sold us the pieces and resized them on the same day. Unbelievable service. All I have to say is you can’t go wrong shopping here and the manager Nasha is someone you can hang out with anytime.

Disappointed because I’ve shopped here previously and had a great experience but I came in today and the staff member ELOISE had the most disgusting nastiest attitude and approach. Appalled someone like that works somewhere like this where pieces of jewelry are bought with sentimental value. Did not greet me seemed annoyed and inconvenienced to do her job, kept rushing me or talking over me like she wanted me to get to the point but wasn’t listening at all and went right to asking if I purchased their protection plan for the ring. If she had bothered to do her job and actually listen she’d know the piece lost a stone the first day it was worn - on the actual wedding day. She was hostile nasty and just embarrassing as a woman because that sort of thing matters to us. I don’t know how she’s working here at all she should be fired; she literally played the victim after I returned her nasty disgusting attitude and then laughed it off and ignored that I was requesting someone else and went to continue laughing it off with her male coworker. They both are there to play clowns in a circus apparently. Thankfully, Stephanie saved the day and actually CARED to hear and address my concern and helped me right away without an issue. She understood that what happened with the ring was emotionally impactful. Make sure to ask for someone else if you come across Eloise, save yourself the stress and the pain of dealing with pure ignorance and unbelievable stupidity and LAZINESS. May she be fired to literally save this location.
