I had a fantastic experience! Caitlin and the other staff were amazing. I had such a great time. I went in for a diamond ring but left with 3! I just couldn’t decide. If you want a 5 star experience this is the place to go. I have referred so many people here. The customer service is awesome! The jewelry is so elegant and high quality. I was able to get my dream ring originally 13,500$ for $3,500 because the staff actually cared and wanted me to leave store with ring on my hand. The insurance plan is great just take ring in to be inspected every 6 months ( that’s only twice a year) so worth it! Leslie is amazing- ask for him! Newly engaged (with a silicone groove ring, I'm a nurse) and went in to look at the sparkly rings with my best friend. We had gone a few other places and when I walked into this store it was so different. The store was warm and inviting and the staff, especially Sun the store manager who helped us, were so kind, walked us both through shapes, cuts and carats, helped me figure out my ring size, didn't act like we were bothering them, and encouraged me to try like everything on. Their cleaning of the rings before and and after was also top notch. It was so much fun and let me tell you, when you are a novice at ring gazing, you need someone like Sun who cares enough to take the time to find you a gorgeous ring and give you honest feedback. The selection of jewelry is beautiful and there are lots of ring options for men and women. My favorite thing is when I brought my fiancé in he didn't understand why I loved the place so much until he also met Sun and the staff (who by the way still remembered me and the ring 2 days later) ❤

Nahid Khan gave us EXCELLENT service when we came in to have our rings cleaned and repaired. We live out of state in Utah. When we received our rings back so quickly and they were perfect again, we were very pleased with how good they looked, and how quickly we received them back.
