Tina and her team at Helzberg in the Columbia Mall are absolute rock stars. I called her yesterday and explained my situation with my wedding band and without hesitation she said come right in and we will take care of you. She is honest the entire time and works with her costumers. I was very indecisive on what i wanted and she was giving me feedback on ones she thought looked good and did not. As someone just buying a ring it was really nice hearing honesty on if that ring would work with engagement ring and if i went with a certain ring the honesty of how much I would be getting diamonds replaced. Her store was getting busy and i felt terrible for holding her up but not once did she made me feel rush. She was like take your time I am good. She was like ask friends i want you to get the ring you love and will love to wear. I ended up loving the first one I tried on and we felt it fit my engagement ring perfect. I will definitely be coming back to the store for future jewelry purchases and my cleanings.

Tina and her team at the Helzberg Columbia Mall are nothing but the best. I came in looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend, and they were able to create for me exactly what I was looking for. The team worked with a non-existent time frame and had creative solutions to what I was looking for. Tina and her team were warm, welcoming and completely transparent every step of the way. No complaints through any part of my experience and I will be coming back for any future Jewlery purchases in the future!
